William, I searched your post and found one - but i did not have any luck with it. Here are the details: 1. ARS box OS is Windows server 2003 2. Mid-tier server is on a separate OS - also windows 2003. 3. No - it is not business objects, but Crystal 10 - not sure the what server, windows box it is on.

The install/admin guide for Mid-tier only describes how to do it via IIS and not Tomcat. In reading the guide, I understand a virtual drive needs to be setup for IIS but just wondering if anyone has any documentation or a guide on the steps needed to configure this. Users are getting error ARERR 9260 even when trying to print an existing ticket. We are running 7.1 client & latest mid-tier on patch 5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
