Hello All , We are on ITSM 6.3 >From the approval console, if I approve/reject a ticket using the Approve or >Reject button I got the following error : ARERR [8932] You do not have write license ARERR [330] You do not have write access to field : 13191 In my knowledge, for approving any ticket approver doesn't require any license. Thanks to please correct me if I am wrong.
