Hi,

Try doing it in a Set-Fields action instead. The problem with Run Process
is that it runs in the wrong Filter Phase.

Set-Fields: CURRENT TRANSACTION
  dummyfield = $PROCESS$ PERFORM-ACTION-ADD-ATTACHMENT 1000003962
"C:\FOTOS\$file_name$.jpg"

I have not tried it, but you may change the Filter Phase by adding `! to
the end of the filter name (backquote+exclamationnmark).
