Now we came to know that we cannot use Remedy Migrator for this purpose. For David: We need to only upgrade ARS from 6.x to 7.01 For Joe: On the new server (7.01) we already have some custom applications in place. We thinking of these lines: 1) Export the configuration forms/data (SHR forms) to ARS 7.01 2) Export HPD 6.0 to ARS 7.01 Please let me know any suggestions.
