Frex, At the risk of pointing out the obvious, since this is running in a filter, the path C:\Photos\00109125J.jpg must be valid on the server and not the local client. When developing on a local machine, then moving to a server, these types of things often get overlooked. Just a thought.

I have a filter set a field, which adds an attachment to an attachment pool in the CTM:People form which fires on modify.
