Hi,

If all FLOATING licenses are assigned to License Pools, you can limit the
license allocation as you describe. Or maybe I should say that you SHOULD
be able to do that... I have seen this work in many version.

An unfortunate bug in the user log makes this impossible to track. The
license pool is not noted in the log user log :-(
