Misi, Interestingly enough, when I came across this issue, I found a posting by you on the bmc forums suggesting using a filter on the email messages form to change the server name in those outgoing emails. It works like a charm for me until BMC makes the server that goes out in those configurable.

I have not found a way to configure this though... Personally, I would have tried to use one alias in all instances. Preferrably the arsprod-alias. I would appreciate any feedback.
