Without the aid of error message, I would suggest a few trial and error experiments, if you will. What about changing the path names in the escalation to the windows short names. (DIR /X will give you short name in cmd window) Program Files --> progra~1 for example. Perhaps it's a translation error in the CMD process. Mark

The escalation will run on server, so the C: in escalation is referring to server c: not local c: You may need to move the macro to the server and adjust path accordingly where Remedy has permissions to.
