I created a bunch of Incident Templates for one of our support groups. I set
the Authored For Group to the support group that will be using them, but
when they select View Templates and select their support group, the list is
empty. If I add myself to that support group I can see them, but I have
admin rights. Am I missing something that needs to be done or particular
rights a user must have in order to see and use the templates?
