Hi, We're encountering some issues when users leave their browser sessions open a while ( meeting, out for lunch..) then come back. The mid-tier is either not responding or take quite long to complete. They do not get the timeout or session error since the Session Timeout on the mid-tier is 180 minutes, and they did not exceed that threshold yet.
Is180 minutes too long?
