It is always best that people learn to find the answers for themselves first, but we all have days where even the simplest question's answer eludes us and we reach for our friends on the list first. Asking for training on things like the CMDB is a good idea too since it is controlled and administered quite differently to the rest of the system. That being said, good advice. ... Daniel
