Hi All 

I am looking at gaining experience in Remedy/ITSM.
 
 I am currently a Service Desk Express consultant but would would like to 
broaden my skills and learn Remedy/ITSM.
 
 If anyone could recommend a training path or a way to train myself, where 
 I can get manuals etc, maybe a company out there that may want to take on 
 a consultant and train them.
