Does this work for support group name changes too? I have ITSM 7.0.3 and am looking to upgrade to ARS 7.1. We are also in the middle of group name changes. If this will update all the related tickets and assignment and approval rules, etc. when I use it to update a support group, that'd be a lifesaver. Does anyone have experience using this for support groups? How well does it work?
