Hi,
I am not using the Foundation Data Loader. I am planning to rename the
Support Groups. The ITSM Applications are running on 7.0.03, Patch 7.
I plan to do the following:
1. ARX out data for the following forms: CTM:Support Group, HPD:Help Desk,
CHG:Infrastructure Change, PBM:Problem Investigation, TMS:Task.
2. Rename the Support Group Name to a new name.
Support Company and Support Organization remains the same.
3. Import the ARX files back to the various forms (update records based on
Request ID) mentioned in Point 1.
Would this help? I also notice that the Long Group Name field is not updated
on the Group form.
