As I understand it, you shouldn't need to update the JAR files for the CMDB viewer directly - they automatically get downloaded from the AR Server and added as needed (at least with CMDB 2.1). Either way, you shouldn't be copying DLLs (Windows specific) into your Linux server - that will never work. If you completely remove the files from the directory and restart everything does it still not work?
