Looks like this is a limitation with SQL and parsing of more than 4000
characters. I'm hoping that BMC might have fixed this (by running a different
SQL query) in 7.1 or 7.5?

Subject: Incoming Emails

**
We some create tickets via email and this all works fine. There was some of
them that were rejected because of "ORA-01704: string literal too long" though
and I was wondering if there is anything that I can change to let these go
through.

Our "Details" field allows 10,000 characters, and I was able to create this
ticket manually. The "details" field on the email is about 5,000 character but
when it comes through email, we get the error message. I did some research and
it said something about clobs and the fact that SQL can't handle more than
4,000 characters. I cut the details down to 3,500 characters and it went
through.

Anyway to increase this?

Error message is: Failure during SQL operation to the database ORA-01704:
string literal too long
