If you have perl installed on the server, it can be easily accomplished on
the command line like this:
perl -e 'print join ".", map {sprintf "%03d", $_} split(/\./,
"13.23.3.33");'
Depending on your setup, you might have to put in the full path to perl to
get it to run in the set field $PROCESS$ command.
