Hi folks. I am just wondering if anyone knows what the CFG:Escalation form is used for? Anyone using it? There are no records configred in our system. I have been tasked to create a few notifications for when targets are missed (IE respond targets) in the absense of an SLM module so I have been poking around and came across this form.
