I have not worked with web services at all so forgive me if this is a painfully simple question.
Our Altiris administrator was told that the Remedy Web Services of ARSystem 7 and up should provide an .asmx link for integration into a Workflow Web Component. He would like to make use of this to automate some integration between Altiris and Remedy but I have no idea what he is talking about, let alone what I need to give him. Help! I am currently on ARSystem 7.1.4 on windows 2003 with SQL 2005, Helpdesk 6.0.
