Click once on ARS task attachment in an email, the following message appears: "This file cannot be previewed because there is no previewer installed for it." 2. Double click on the same ARS task attachment, the Remedy User is highlighted on taskbar. It does not maximize Remedy User but it opens the correct record in the background (on pc#1 it will maximize Remedy User and it will then be the active window). How can I fix this?
