You could modify the notification generator workflow (I forget the exact name of the final filter that actually sends the message) to use an HTML-formatted template. Then update your Notification Messages records with HTML formatting instead of plain text. If you plan to use the out of the box notification workflow this is an all or nothing change. -Eli

Is there any way to send an email notification and force the body to use preformat so you can force things to stay on one line instead of wrapping? For example, in the Notify Text you could have: Status=$Status$ Group=$Assigned To Group$ Summary=$Summary$ So this email would come through and the body would have three lines. Even if Summary is long it would stay in one field. Not sure whether or not Including selected fields would do this, but I need to be able to control the order of the fields in the message.
