Keynote Speaker The WWRUG09 committee is proud to announce that our keynote speaker will be Mr. Doug Mueller, the author of the Action Request System*, co-founder of Remedy Corp. and BMC CTO - Service Support and Atrium. Doug has also agreed to be a 'Most Special Conference Attendee' and will be available throughout the conference for informal discussions (where he will not discuss unpublished future features or release schedules) and will host the Wednesday evening "Evening with the Masters".
