Just fill in the servername and the view name of the form CS:Incidents

Still not working,

 

I have the form name as :CS:Incidents_view and webview of this form is
"CS_knownincidents"

 

So if i use the following link:-

does not work....

 

Do i need to make any changes in the above link?
