Hi Listers! I have a need to find duplicate values on the People record (ITSM 7.0.1). In particular, I'm looking to find last names that are the same. We are uploading new records using the Data Management Tool and the new accounts will be used to replace the old. I can't delete the old records, so I plan to set the Profile Status of the old records to 'Offline'. Does anyone know of a search string that I can use in Advanced Search to locate those duplicate values? Thanks!
