Hi List - got a little issue here that's causing us some problems. We have recently had reports of People's Support Groups being removed.
As far as we know these are not being removed deliberately, but we are currently unable to pin down how these are being removed. The CTM:Support Group Association form has no Audit Log on it, so I cannot see what's happening on this form. The relevant People records show a last modified date of 24/04/2009 as do the relevant User records. This is particularly puzzling as if these Support Groups were removed by workflow, then the Last Modified date on the User records should have been changed. Has anybody seen an issue similar to this? Or failing that, can anyone suggest where to look for the solution? I have looked at all the workflow that sets the z1D Action field on CTM:Support Group Association form to DELETE, and I'm fairly certain that this workflow is not part of the issue.
