Subject: Pushing remedy data to mobile handsets
Is there a remedy module that enables remedy incident management from a
mobile device? I see a number of partners providing applications to
enable this (Aeroprise, Mobile Reach etc). Just want to confirm if BMC has
a out of box solution that integrates with ITSM.
