Step 1: Create a Custom Fom with Fields to have the person's id and create a phone # field say LIst_phoneval. Using workflow do three Push field actions to populate the LIst_phoneval field with the Work Phone, Home Phone and Cell Phone values. Create a menu using this form and attach to the Call First, Call Second, Call Third also use the person's id as the qualificatio for the menu. IT is a long process, there might be a shorter route to acheive this but it is simple and it works. Thank you, HTH
