Lisa, You can combine multiple fields into 1 menu using a SQL menu type. SELECT DISTINCT(field1 + ' ' + field2 + ' ' + field3) FROM tablex WHERE fieldontablex = '$fieldonopenform$'

I also have three other fields called Call First, Call Second, Call Third. I'd like to have the Numbers in the first three fields be a selection on a drop down menu for each of the other three fields. Is there a way to do this? (I don't think so).
