Hello, ARS: 7.1 patch 4 The following URL opens the Help Desk form in the Browser in search mode but does not return any entry. It comes back with the error: entry not found, am I missing something? http://<mid-tiersrv>/arsys/servlet/ViewFormServlet?form=HPD%3AHelp+Desk&server=<server>&username=<user>&pwd=<passwd>&mode=Get+Entry&F1000000161=TCK000000003721 Any idea as to what's missing?
