Also.. I love this.. they added in the recommendation I have given them --
allowing you to dns resolve for and ip that is not in your domain (dns wise)
-- this is awesome.

Patch 1.6.00.02 includes a new property file, *WizardOptions.properties*.
This

property file contains the property *wizard.scope.useSystemDnsServerList*.
This

property lets you define the scope of the BMC Topology Discovery client host

resolution process.

The default value is false, meaning that the scope of your host resolution
is limited to

the primary DNS server. If you set the property equal to true, then your
scope

expands to include any DNS servers that are defined in your system. By
setting the

property equal to true, you enable the BMC Topology Discovery client to
resolve the

host names you enter or import by using all the DNS servers listed on the
client.
