Running ars 7.0.1 patch 2 on SQL 2005, ITSM
Currently having issues which only happens now and then, but causes issues. Basically a Change Request is assigned to a group or individual, but it looks like to that person it really is not assigned to there group or that person. I found CHGImpGroup is null so an active link sets all the fields, which basically sets them to null. I go in and manually reassign to that group and everything is fine. Wondering if anyone else ran into this and if there was a fix that is out there, seems to be out of box issue.
