We started receiving these errors in our error log in the last week or two also. The messages in our arerror.log show that it is part of the approval server though (version 7.5.)
Thu Jun 11 12:57:10 2009 Approve : Name parameter (or name field in a parameter) is empty (ARERR 102) We get 4 lines of this error every 30 minutes. The approval server is installed on our server but we are not using it so resolving this hasn't been a high priority. I am figuring there are 4 records some place that are missing the data in the Name field. Our approval server debug log shows the same error message in it 4 times every 30 minutes when it checks for form definition changes.
