The Board of Directors of WWRUG are pleased to announce the call for papers to be presented at the World Wide <http://www.wwrug.org/wwrug09.html> Remedy Users Group Conference 2009 to be held in November of 2009 at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada from November 9, 2009 through November 13, 2009. A notable difference for this conference is the addition of a Vendor track in addition to the ever popular Customer Experience track. Customers with real world experiences they wish to share with other conference attendees will be presented in the Customer Experience track while vendors with a product or service that contains value to conference attendees will be presented in the Vendor track.
Abstracts for both tracks must be submitted no later than July 15, 2009 review of each submission will be completed by August 15, 2009, and selected submissions will be notified at that time. For a complete list of requirements please visit the Submissions Page <http://www.wwrug.org/wwrug/submissions.html> . Each synopsis must contain information of value to AR System developers/users/managers, be capable of being presented in 45 minutes or less and include time at the end of the presentation for questions and answers. Presenters are encouraged to show screen shots where appropriate and incorporate the use of a real time environment for demonstration purposes if at all possible.
