Phil, in the past, presenters were always 'comped' their registration fees. Are you going to do something like this again? Reading your Agreement, individuals sign over the world to WWRUG with no compensation. I've got a couple people who want to present, but if they get sick I am responsible to send a person in their place to vegas to do the presentation.....this could be an issue.

A notable difference for this conference is the addition of a Vendor track in addition to the ever popular Customer Experience track. Customers with real world experiences they wish to share with other conference attendees will be presented in the Customer Experience track while vendors with a product or service that contains value to conference attendees will be presented in the Vendor track.
