All the forms that we create in Remedy administrator can be viewed in Remedy mid tier. It can be configured via mid tier configuration tool...
Why there is a functionality called Web services? only thing i can think of is operations like get,set,create.. When the Remedy server is down...both mid tier and also web services will be down... in which case,Remedy web services will be useful?
