In all seriousness - yes, this is "in the works" and is on the list of enhancements to Support Central planned for the future.
The background of why we need to use a Word document is because every product group at BMC did not follow the same RFE process - but they all share the same RFE tracking tool (which is, of course, an AR System application). Because policy did not enable the shared application to be updated to enable the questions to be asked in the application itself, the AR System group instituted the process of requesting such information in a Word document which is then attached to the RFE submission. The process eventually expanded to include the Atrium and ITSM teams - and may spread further. Internally, there is a move to bring all parts of BMC in line with the same RFE process.
