The manual says if you configure hours as unavailable in a Business Time Segment and added it to your Business Entity, they will not be measured in target measurements. I have created a Business Entity which I added to the Goal and Cost tab, and when it attaches to my incident, the milestones create just as if there were no unavailable hours intervening. Is there some magical limitation in the business entities that make it so that the SLM forgets to stop measuring? Or a bug I don't know about? It is the older version of SLM, and I'm wondering whether that is it. Yes, I've verified that I don't have another field in my Data Sources, and have rebuilt my target just to be sure of it.
