I try doing integration between Remedy ARS 7.5 to SAP Solman, via webservice. The purpose is to transfer Remedy ticket with SAP category to Solman, and the Solman update the status back to Remedy after the ticket is resolved in Solman. I can simulate both web service processes using SOAP UI application.
Using BMC Remedy Developer Studio, I can access the Solman WSDL with all the processes and attribute on that WSDL. So filter with Web service set field action can be successfully created. But during accessing the form and triggering the filter, I get the following error message: =============================================================== ARERR [8962] Unexpected element encountered in the input XML document : <item> ARERR [8962] Information: Unexpected element encountered in the input XML document.
