We are upgrading from 6.3 to 7.1 and just wanted to know if we need to purge our 6.3 license keys. I have upgraded our DEV servers from 6.3 to 7.1 and I didn't have to do anything about license keys but our sister company who is also doing the same upgrade is telling us that we have to purge the license keys everytime we upgrade Remedy. Is that a correct statement?
