I fell off a step ladder 4 days before the RUG in Santa Clara years ago. I hurt on the long flights between Harrisburg and San Francisco. I had a hard time sleeping at night in the hotel. Standing around was tough. Four weeks after I went to RUG I found out the fall had caused a compression fracture in my first lumbar vertebrae.
