Hello all,

     This is not a technical question, but more of getting a feel for
what is going on out there in the Remedy world.  I am hoping some of
you would be willing to share with what you are doing with your Remedy
installations.

this is for Remedy in general and for the Service Desk.  This is for
version 7.5.

1.  What are you using as a general number of users per floating
license?  3 to1, 5 to 1, or some other number

2.  What is the total number of your users.

3.  approximately(if you know) how many concurrent users do you
usually have on during normal operating hours.

I am not looking for hard and fast rules, but more along the lines of
what you are using, and what works for your situation.

I appreciate any feedback and insight anyone can provide.
