Hi, When i try to import data (AR Server Data, AP:Process Definition) from one server to another server, I am getting the following error.
This is my original data which is imported from Test Machine (ProcessDef.csv file). "Process*","Form*","Type*","Status*","Can Reassign?","Approval Success*","If Multiple Approvers*","Allow Ad Hoc Next Approver?*","Validate Approvers?*","Require Password?*","Created By*" "test","AAA:TST:TWO","Ad Hoc","Active","Yes","No More Approvers","Allow Only One Approver","No one","No","No","Demo" when i try to import the data, using BMC Remedy Import Tool, i am getting the following error. INFO - Error importing record 1: ERROR (104): Field/Value list item is empty "test","AAA:TST:TWO","Ad Hoc","Active","Yes","No More Approvers","Allow Only One Approver","No one","No","No","Demo" INFO - Import Completed. 0 records were imported to AP:Process Definition; 1 Records were not. can anyone give me the solution for the above problem.
