ITSM 7.0.2 p5 Scenario 1: From an incident user relates a known error. When a work around or resolution is added to the known error the assignee of the incident is notified.
Scenario 2: A problem record is created and linked from an incident. A known error is created and linked from that problem record. So, there is now an incident with a related problem and a known error related to the problem. When a work around or resolution is added to the known error no notifications are sent. Shouldn't a notification be sent to someone in scenario 2? Is this a bug?
