Hi All, I am using Remedy Server 6.3. There is an option of using startRecord and maxLimit incase of BMC ARServer 7 for opGetList operation type of Web services. But in 6.3 there is no option like this. For maxLimit I have configured the maxOccuarnce parametere in the properties field mapping.That is working fine .... But I need to identify the start record , so that it will be not a burden on Database server while searching records by using getList operation of Web Services. Is there any way to use start record facility in Remedy 6.3 ?
