Good morning, I've been working with SRM and the Work Order Management, and was curious if anyone knew of a way to allow Work Order Templates to have a company of "-Global-", because in our environment there are tasks that can be used by any company such as setting up a login id. I'd prefer not to create a separate template for each company, but it looks like that may be the only way to go OOtB. Am I wrong? If so, I will look into customizing the template workflow.
