Hello everyone. We have quite a few people that have registered but have not booked their hotel rooms. There is also a lot of people that have expressed interest but have not registered or booked their rooms. Here is the situation: Until Monday night, July 13th, I have some flexibility in increasing the room block to meet our needs. After that when they are gone they are gone. We ran out of rooms for the Saturday night so I had it increased, and I added some rooms for Sunday as well. Once we hit this Tuesday, I cannot increase the room blocks, and you might loose the incredible conference rate of $79.00/night (plus tax etc.). This is a great deal for the weeknights, and awesome for the weekend. (Santana is playing in The Joint that week, so it gets booked and expensive). .... Daniel p.s. HRH is a mile off of the strip, so it really makes more sense to stay at the conference hotel (ignoring that there are events from 8:30 a.m. to 11p.m. or later)
