Hello list,

Just wondering if anyone else has had any issues with upgrading from
7.0.1 Patch 6 to 7.5 Patch 2 in a server group environment with a remote
database?

My environment is as follows:
OS on both Remedy App Servers WIN 2003
OS on both SQL Servers WIN 2003
DB is remote SQL 2005 microsoft clustered servers.

The issue I'm having is that the installer fails with the following
error:

SELECT dbUpdate FROM control

NOTE: I checked the control table and dbUpdate column does not exists.
Also I have upgraded successfully on our dev, qa and test machines
without any issues and the dbUpdate does exists on those installations.

Any Ideas?

Thanks in advance
