To get the value of a field to show up on the Overview Console, you need to
add a data record to the SHR:ARDBCFields form for each application from
which you want to display the data (Incident, Change, Task, etc.) Look at
the existing records as amodel. You must restart the ARServer (or at least
the Plugin Server) for these changes to take effect.

To add a custom field to the Overview Console, you first add the custom
field to the SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole form. Then you add the data record
to the SHR:ARDBCFields form as described above. Restart the plugin server.

Remember that you need to have a data record in the SHR:ARDBCFeilds form
that matches every application the data will be coming from. Note that the
field IDs in the sending app do not need to be identical to the field ID in
the SHR:ARDBC_OverviewConsole form.
