This is one of many defects open on Problem Management. Personally, I think
your best bet is to fix it yourself. Some of the Problem defects we've
discovered had not been addressed since 2007. We've had to fix certain things
like that, the error with the field length that appears when you try to push an
Incident to a Problem and hit "Save" rather than going to "Next Stage", and the
way the Problem Manager assignment works differently than all other ITSM
modules.

Hi,

Arsystem 7.0.1 patch 2 ITSM 7.0.2

One of our users noticed that they get an error, I tested and also get the
error. I noticed in the logs:

[cid:[email protected]]

> Checking INT:HPDPBM:PBI:CreateAssociations_140_PHAS`! (140)

    --> Passed -- perform actions

         0: Push Fields

               Request Type01 (1000000211) = 20000

               Association Type01 (1000000208) = 30000

               Request Description01 (1000000206) = Testing Knowledgbase field

               Request ID02 (1000000205) = INC000000291916

               Request ID01 (1000000204) = PBI000000000184

               Form Name02 (1000000203) =

               Form Name01 (1000000101) = PBM:Problem Investigation

               Status (7) = 1

$z1D_AssociationFormName$ is not getting filled in. Is this a known bug,
has anyone seen this before.

Thanks

Tim
