I'm having a similar issues (details are a little bit different), but how do you convert a MM/DD/YYYY HH:MM:SS to epoch time. We are using Windows 2003, Oracle 10, ARS 7.0.1....
I've seen lots of info about converting Epoch to a readable date format, but not the other way around.... Perhaps this is your issue? If you are putting these records directly into the database without going through remedy then you need to use epoch time.
